The Penelope bloomer set in playtime

The Penelope set is a sleeveless babydoll tunic dress with a boat neckline, structured hem, and features classic matching bloomers. It’s the perfect set for summer, a great layering piece, and the bloomers are amazing on their own too.

This set is made to order from a vintage (1960’s) deadstock medium/heavy barkcloth style cotton with contrasting bloomers from the same era.
Only a few available and made to order so please allow 4-6 weeks to ship.
