The Penelope dress in Westwood

Penelope is a sleeveless babydoll tunic dress with a boat neckline featuring matching bloomers. The perfect set for summer, a great layering piece, and the bloomers are amazing on their own too. Also comes with matching triangle bandana.

This dress set is made to order from a deadstock brown, yellow, red, and blue shirting cotton. Not vintage but rare and only have a handful available.
